ADDING YOU

Enquiry privacy notice

Updated 26 October 2026 · Advertising enquiries and introductory bookings

When you ask about our services, we use your details to respond, understand your business and arrange a conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or commit you to a paid service.

Who is responsible

ADDING YOU LIMITED is the controller of the enquiry information we receive. For questions or privacy requests, email info@addingyou.com.

Information we receive

Our Meta lead forms collect the details you choose to submit, including your name, work email, phone number, company name, role, adviser count and business advertising budget. Meta may prefill contact details from your profile; please check them before submitting. We also receive the form and campaign source, submission time, and records of subsequent correspondence. If you book a call, we receive your booking details and any information you provide in that booking.

Please do not submit your clients' information, mortgage application details, health information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through this enquiry route.

How and why we use it

We use this information to assess whether our service fits your business, respond by phone or email, arrange and manage an introductory call, prepare a proposal when requested and keep a record of the discussion. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing prospective business relationships. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, those steps may instead be necessary before entering that contract. We also retain information when necessary to meet legal obligations or deal with legal claims.

You can ask us to stop sales follow-up at any time. We may keep a minimal suppression record so we can respect that request.

Who receives the information

Our authorised team and service providers supporting our CRM, business email and appointment scheduling process enquiry information for these purposes. Our CRM and calendar use HighLevel/LeadConnector. Meta operates the original Facebook or Instagram form under its own privacy policy. When you use the calendar, LeadConnector also processes your booking information. We do not sell enquiry information.

These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Applicable provider data-processing terms address international transfers using mechanisms such as recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for details relevant to your enquiry. See Meta's privacy policy and HighLevel's privacy policy for their own processing information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while we are dealing with your request and for as long as there is a reasonable need to follow up the discussion or retain evidence of it. The period depends on whether discussions remain active, whether you become a customer, any complaint or legal obligation, and any request to stop contact. Records no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised. A minimal do-not-contact record may be kept to prevent unwanted contact.

Your choices and rights

Providing your details is voluntary, but without the required information we may be unable to assess your enquiry or arrange a call. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.

Contact info@addingyou.com to exercise these rights or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Form filtering and human review

The form uses your answers to route business enquiries and explain when this offer is not suitable, for example if you need personal mortgage advice or free advertising spend. This is not a lending, insurance or eligibility decision about you. Pilot suitability and any proposed services are discussed with a person. We do not provide regulated mortgage or protection advice through this form.
